From practicing as a litigator … to teaching law … to negotiating and mediating settlements, Lynn Wagner has earned a reputation for professionalism, skill and objectivity during his 40-year career. His experience spans the gamut of the legal profession. He has practiced as a litigator and trial attorney in Florida and other states, taught conflict resolution at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, served as a lead class action trial attorney for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and helped parties achieve successful resolution of cases through mediation and arbitration for 20 years.
In addition to mediating and arbitrating hundreds of cases in Florida, Pennsylvania and other states, Wagner has completed extensive dispute resolution training from providers such as Harvard Program on Negotiation, Cornell Industrial and Labor Relations School, W.J. Usery Workplace Research Group at Georgia State University, the American Arbitration Association, and the bar associations of Florida and Pennsylvania. His unique combination of experience and negotiation skill enables him to effectively assist parties and their advocates in reaching efficient, lasting settlements of all types of cases.
